These Terms govern your use of DoLife (“Service”), provided by DoLife AI, LLC (we/us), Georgia, USA. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) What DoLife does

DoLife helps busy caregivers organize tasks and events, optionally connecting to your email and calendars you authorize. DoLife is not a medical, legal, or educational authority and does not guarantee outcomes.

2) Accounts & eligibility

You must be 13+ to use DoLife. You’re responsible for your account and keeping credentials secure.

3) Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service, break laws, harm others, reverse engineer, scrape, or try to bypass security. Don’t upload unlawful content or spam.

4) Subscriptions & billing

We offer a free tier and optional paid plans (e.g., multi-user sharing). Pricing, features, and trials are shown in-app. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. App Store billing terms apply.
Grace periods: for failed renewals, we may provide up to a 3-day grace period at our discretion.
Refunds: App Store refund rules apply. Separately, we may grant a goodwill refund on your first subscription term upon request within 14 days.

5) Your content & permissions

You own your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service and as you direct (e.g., share with collaborators). You can revoke by deleting your content/account.

6) Optional connectors & AI

Connectors (Google/Microsoft/iCloud email; Apple/Google/Microsoft calendars) are optional and controlled by you. You can revoke at any time.
If connected to School Failsafe, a separate product, AI extraction is applied to sanitized email text (on-device redaction) and returns suggested tasks for your review.

8) Service changes & availability

We may add/modify features or discontinue the Service (or parts) with reasonable notice where practical. Beta features may be unstable. We aim for high availability but provide no guaranteed uptime.

9) Data export & deletion

You can delete your account from within the app (More > Profile). When you delete your account, we remove your account and associated task data from our active systems, subject to any data we’re required to keep for legal, security, or operational reasons (for example, billing records, security logs, and email correspondence). Where available in the app, you can export or copy your data (such as task lists) so you can keep your own backup or records. We do not currently provide long-term archival backups of your task data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11) Liability limit

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD, OR (B) USD $100.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13) Governing law; dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue is in courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

Arbitration & class-action waiver. Except for claims seeking injunctive relief, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under AAA Consumer Rules. You waive class actions. You may opt out by emailing support@dolife-ai.com within 30 days of first acceptance.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for misuse, security risk, or nonpayment. We’ll attempt notice when reasonable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post updates here and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may notify you in-app or by email.
